Three vehicles + Payload + autonomy stack + fleet management + air-ground coordination. Flexible configuration, deliverable in parts — every component available on its own.

A complete sensor + compute payload (delivered with the prototype); a control stack commanded through one API, co-developed with the 3D world model and the full sensor suite; body / payload / chassis separated and modular across platforms; available to third-party UGVs and robot dogs — carry your autonomy.
EO / IR patrol payload. High-definition vision + thermal imaging — the standard configuration for line inspection, PV inspection and border patrol.
High-precision camera / sensors on the arm end-effector for close-range inspection of suspected faults. From 'seeing' to 'inspecting closely'.
Onboard drone dock — arm launch/catch, autonomous takeoff and landing, aerial reconnaissance. Where the vehicle can't go, the drone goes first.
The same Payload modules mount across the Small ATV, Big ATV and Full-Stack UGV — one mounting interface, one data protocol, one control API. The same spray module: on the Small ATV it's a field work vehicle, on the Big ATV a high-capacity plant-protection platform, on the Full-Stack UGV an unmanned autonomous spraying station. That is the value of Payload as an independent product line — no re-engineering for each platform.
The Payload system's hardware mounting interface and software control protocols are open to third-party UGV / robot dog platforms. 'Carry your autonomy' — whatever chassis you bring, our payload turns it from a chassis into a work robot that gets the job done.
TerraAgent Robotics' fleet management goes deeper than the industry baseline — not just position monitoring and task dispatch, but feeding fleet operational data back into the model training pipeline. Every obstacle avoidance, every path choice, every localization event from every vehicle feeds the data flywheel. The fleet isn't just something to be managed — it's the collection front end of the entire data loop.
The arm launches, catches, docks and recharges the drone automatically — no human intervention at any step. Reconnaissance footage streams back to the vehicle and the cloud in real time, and the vehicle adjusts its path planning dynamically from the aerial view. One operator, one vehicle, one drone — a trinity of remote work.
Vision-language-action models (VLA / VA) drive dual-arm cooperation. Replacing faulty panels at solar plants, operating valves, collecting samples — delicate field work the vehicle can do on arrival. KUKA arm integration is validated; this capability sits on the roadmap at Phase 5–6 and is still ahead of us — we're building the vehicle first.
The customer funds the NRE and owns its IP; we keep the underlying platform — phased delivery with parallel testing, benchmarked against the international Tier-1 engineering service model. The four models below can be combined:
Full package: Full-Stack UGV / Big ATV platforms + Payload + autonomy stack + fleet management + air-ground coordination. TerraAgent Robotics handles end-to-end delivery and support, from chassis to cloud.
The customer funds engineering development (NRE) and owns the application-layer IP; TerraAgent Robotics retains the underlying platform and autonomy system. Phased delivery, parallel testing — benchmarked against the international Tier-1 engineering service model.
Already have a chassis? No problem. TerraAgent Robotics provides a pure top-layer solution: Payload + autonomy system + fleet management. Third-party UGV / robot dog adaptation supported.
Buy only what you need: just the Payload? Fleet management alone? Only the air-ground coordination module? Every component delivers independently. Open APIs (CAN FD / ROS2) ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
